The NCCCFA aims to provide professional development opportunities and resources focused on teaching excellence and student success.  Historically, our efforts have been focused on a bi-annual professional development conference.  However, the present NCCCFA Executive Board envisions a fresh re-think of how we approach professional development and teaching resources.

So our efforts to foster professionalism and excellence in NC CC faculty ranks will be two-fold:

​

• Hold an annual PD conference in conjunction with PD efforts at various community colleges across the state

​
